110: Your Wealth Can't Wait | David Osborn
The word "wealth" has such a stigma associated with it. And, it seems more and more, those who have managed to acquire any amount of it are demonized by the rest of the world.
The reality is, as my guest David Osborn says, is that wealth simply magnifies who you already are. Some of the wealthiest men on the plant have also been the most charitable. And, if you hope to do any good in this world - for you or anyone else - wealth is a requirement.

Men, I'm stoked to introduce you to one of my favorite guests on this podcast to date, Mr. David Osborn.
David and I were recently introduced and, I've got to say, this is one of the most impressive men I've ever met.
Not only has he managed to acquire a significant amount of wealth for himself and others, he also gives a ton back to charities around the world.
He has built one of the top real estate brokerages in the world with more that 4,500 agents and annual sales exceeded $8.5 billion. He is also the founder of Gobundance - a group dedicated to helping men live epic lives - and 50 other companies in a variety of sectors.
I can think of no one better to talk with us about the skills required (some of them often overlooked) to build more wealth in our lives.
