    Morning Routine:

    • 0530 - Wake Up
      • Drink Water
      • Stretch
    • 0600 - Physical Training
    • 0715 - Scripture Study/Family Meeting
    • 0830 - Daily Planning
    • 0900 - Take Action

    Evening Routine:

    • 1700 - Recap Day
    • 2130 - Read
    • 2155 - Check Plan for Tomorrow
    • 2200 - Bed
      • No Caffeine 4 Hours Before
      • No Electronics Before
      • Dark, Cool, and Comfortable Sleeping Arrangements
