The quality of your life will largely be determined by the quality of people you spend your time with. Jim Rohn has said, "You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with." The only question remaining is are you surrounded by the right people?
It's not a question of if we should work with mentors rather who those mentors should be. Our guest today, Geoff Woods, talks with us about how to find, work with, and succeed with mentors.

Today I introduce Geoff Woods. I ran across Geoff's podcast, The Mentee Podcast and I have to tell you that it is an incredible show.
I like a lot of elements of the show but the thing that I like most is that Geoff makes you feel as if you are part of the conversation. He is incredibly inquisitive and asks his guests all the questions you would want to know.
As I mentioned, Geoff is the host of The Mentee Podcast. His goal is to documents his personal journey from being an employee to becoming an entrepreneur. And, he highlights the conversations he has with his high-level mentors.
Geoff has become an expert at showing others how they can upgrade their personal connections and surround themselves with heavy-hitting mentors.
