Being present in the moment is something we talk a ton about here on the show. It seems there's too many men letting life pass them by because they just aren't engaged in life.
My guest today, Jon Vroman, joins me to talk about how to find your 'why', how to overcome your fear when pursuing it, finding people to join you on your journey, and how you can live life on the front row.

Podcast Sponsor
Be sure to check out our friends and sponsor of the show, Sheath Underwear.
As you know, I’m big into Crossfit and Spartan Races and the last thing I want when exercising or competing is for "things" to get out of place.
That's where Sheath Underwear comes in. Created by a two-time Iraqi Combat Veteran, Sheath Underwear has a pouch designed to keep your junk in place so you’re not adjusting when you should be focused on something else.
Head to www.sheathunderwear.com and use the code “orderofman” at checkout for a 25% discount. Again, it’s www.sheathunderwear.com. You and your manhood can thank me later.
