It’s easy to get distracted by everything that life has to offer us as men. Whether we’re attempting to live up to impossible standards, chasing other people’s dreams, or spinning around in circles being busy, but not productive, you’ve got to find a way to focus your attention and energy on the things that truly matter.
My guest today is Vincent “Rocco” Vargas. I’ll get into all that he is doing in his life in a bit but for now, let’s just say that he’s found a way to identify and pursue what really matters to him. We talk about becoming a “Ride or Die, Dad,” what it means to operate from your “Power Base,” evolving your inner circle, learning to lead and follow, and how to become a confident, grounded man.

My guest today is Vincent “Rocco” Vargas and if ever there was a Renaissance man, he is it.
He is a former Army Ranger and Drill Sergeant, husband, father, barber, entrepreneur, coach, actor, producer, and writer. In the couple of years that I’ve gotten to know him, I can tell that not only is he someone who is willing to pursue his interests and dreams, he’s also someone who knows exactly what he wants outside of notoriety, popularity, and accolades – to be a great family man.
Today, you’re going to hear what that looks like, how he found his path and the strategies he uses to pursue everything he wants.

Gents, we’re getting very close on closing up our 3rd inaugural Legacy Experience which is being held June 11th – 14th, 2020 on my property in Maine.
I just had a contractor come out last week for a couple of buildouts we’re taking care of prior to our fathers and sons who will be attending.
This is going to be an event unlike any other for you and your son between the ages of 8 – 15. The whole weekend is designed to be mentally, physically, and emotionally demanding so that you and your son will walk away with a new perspective on your relationship and a deeper bond between you two.
I have seen incredible transformations in father/son relationships through this 3 ½ experience and I want you guys to experience that for yourself. If you’re interested, head to www.orderofman.com/legacy to watch a quick video and lock in one of the last 2 remaining spots.
Again, head to www.orderofman.com/legacy to claim your seat.
