Men, this one is like a conversation with an old friend. Kyle “The Captain” Creek and I initially connected only several months ago but we picked up this conversation like we’ve been friends for decades. And, I think you’re going to feel the same. Kyle offers so much practical wisdom and is extremely relatable as he is unpacking all the same issues that you and I are as fathers and men in general.

Today, we talk about his book, Speech Therapy: 52 Pick-Me-Ups to Get You Through Many of Life’s What-The-Fucks. We also talk about what it takes to be a successful writer and marketer, the difference between awareness and obsessiveness, how to deal with daily criticism, why people suck at delivery, cancel culture, grace, and so much more.

Kyle Creek

My guest today is none other than Kyle Creek. You may know him as simply, “The Captain.” His messages on Twitter and Instagram have been viewed and shared hundreds of millions of times. I think that’s because he’s such a relatable man. And he, admittedly, is working through many of the same issues and struggles we are as men.

He’s also the author of his latest, book, Speech Therapy (among several other titles). He’s a writer, creator, and, despite his tremendous success with his own message and helping some powerful people and companies along the way, has managed to keep a sense of humility we all strive to have. Enjoy.

Delay in the Iron Council

I’ve got some good news and some bad news. The good news is that the Iron Council (our exclusive digital brotherhood) is opening very soon. The bad news is that I made the decision to delay registration until March 15th (I want to make sure everything is just right when you join us).

If you want to be one of the first men to be notified when we open up, head to www.orderofman.com/ironcouncil and sign up. When you do join us later this month, you’ll unlock access to 1,100 other powerful men all on their own self-development journey who are willing to hold you accountable to doing some powerful things in 2022.

You’ll get the accountability you’ve always needed. You’ll develop brotherhood and camaraderie with a thousand other men. And, you’ll unlock all the features and benefits we’ve been honing and refining for the last 6 years to help you make the most of your life.

Again, head to www.orderofman.com/ironcouncil.
