Back to visit again is repeat guest and friend, Ethan Suplee. He is an extraordinary actor. You’ve seen him in Remember the Titans, American History X,  Without a Paddle, and, of course, My Name is Earl. But he’s also an extraordinary man and has a ton of valuable wisdom to share as it relates to life, success, overcoming adversity, losing weight, getting in shape, and disciplining your life.

Today, we talk about all sorts of topics like masks and COVID, public school, making it in Hollywood and film, the value of hard work and value-driven decisions, mental and emotional health, the ease of modernity, and uncovering and unpacking the Truth.

Guys, meet Ethan Suplee. Ethan is an extremely talented actor with dozens and dozens of roles on both TV and the Silver Screen. You may remember his as the “fat actor,” but over the past several years, Ethan has radically transformed not only his physical image but every facet of life. He’s lost over 250lbs.

I had the opportunity and privilege to sit down with Ethan for a podcast and to observe one of his workouts and I can say that this is a man who knows exactly who he is, what he wants, and what needs to be done to achieve it.

He is also the host of the American Glutton podcast and someone that we can all resonate and learn from. Enjoy.

Squire

If you have a son between the ages of 12-16 and you’re worried about the ease and convenience of modern times with regards to how he’ll grow up, I want to invite you to our first-ever Squire Program in Maine.

This is a one-day event – more like a rite of passage – to help usher your young man into manhood. I’ve invited Bedros Keuilian and his team to my property in Maine to put on a father/son event unlike you’ve ever experienced.

So, if you’re ready to take your relationship with your son to the next level and want to equip him with the mentality to excel, get registered for the Squire Program on May 28th at www.squireprogram.com/ryan.
