My guest today is the one and only, Chadd Wright. This guy pulls no punches and tells it exactly how it is, which, frankly, is extremely refreshing in a culture that prides itself on coddling everyone and doing its best to ensure no one is ever offended by anything.
Chadd is a former Navy SEAL, an ultra-endurance athlete, and one hell of a human being. Today, we talk about integrity and honor, personal therapy through the writing process, sizing others up, and how to see things through to the end in spite of extreme challenges and setbacks.

As I mentioned earlier, my guest today is Chadd Wright. My family and I had the opportunity to have him here to our place in Maine several weeks ago to lay down this podcast conversation for you guys.
Chadd is an incredible man. He’s a former Navy SEAL, ultra-endurance athlete, soon-to-be author, and host of the 3 of 7 Podcast. He’s overcome some extremely challenging hardships and trials, and all of that has shaped him into the man he is today.
He’s got a passion for telling it like it is and serving others so they can realize their own potential, primarily through their immersive events and experiences that are design to push people to their limits.

Instinctively, we as men know we need a brotherhood. But for so many reasons, we fail to foster brotherhood in our lives. We’re busy. We have ambitions. We’re also arrogant and think we can figure it all out on our own.
