As men, we all look around and see the problems that exist in society. But very few of us are willing to objectively look at what’s going on in our culture relative to the lesson we should have learned from examples throughout history. Couple that with our inability and/or lack of desire to improve our own situations and circumstances and it makes a recipe for disaster.
My guest today is my close personal friend, Andy Frisella, and today we talk about his shift away from the MFCEO podcast to the RealAF podcast, why we need to be cognizant of the convenience vs. efficiency, learning to push the envelope, the obligation to evolve, and how you can adopt the “get better until you die,” mentality.

My guest today is the one and only Andy Frisella. Many of you know him from the MFCEO podcast which he has since closed out to start the RealAF podcast where they address some of the most important and pressing cultural commentary today.
Andy is also the founder of the incredibly successful supplement company and movement, 1stPhorm. And, having visited their offices a handful of times, I can confidently say that the culture Andy, his brother, Sal, and the rest of the team have created is second to none.
He’s one of my good personal friends but he’s also a mentor to me and you’re going to hear in this conversation why, even in disagreement, I respect him so much. Enjoy.

Last week’s Friday Field Notes was a presentation I gave to fathers and sons that attended one of our events here on my property in Maine several months ago.
I firmly believe that if we are to change the trajectory of this country, we’ve got to focus our attention and energy not only on our own improvement but the improvement of our young men.
And, that’s where our father/son experience, Legacy, comes in to play. On September 22nd – 25th, we’re hosting 20 fathers and sons for an experience unlike you’ve ever seen in order to forge tighter bonds with your boys and give you the tools and resources you need to usher them into manhood.
If you want to learn more about what we’re doing and what this experience is, head to www.orderofman.com/legacy.
