Dewayne Noel is a modern-day horseman and educator who has spent over 25 years deeply immersed in the “horse life,” both as a professional and as a private owner. He is the founder of Dry Creek Wrangler School, a program that uses horsemanship as a springboard for broader life and leadership lessons. Raised in a strong, old-school family in central Kentucky (seventh generation), Dewayne embraced the dream of being a cowboy early and never let it fade.
In addition to his work with horses, Dewayne shares his experiences in faith, fatherhood (he’s a father of seven grown children), and personal transformation. His unique, down-to-earth message and experience has helped him emerge as a voice for men seeking grounded, practical wisdom—articulating ideas like “your word is your bond,” the balance between strength and humility, and the value of genuine presence.
