- 0530 – Wake Up

- 0600 – Physical Training
- 0715 – Scripture Study/Family Meeting
- 0830 – Daily Planning
- 0900 – Take Action
Evening Routine:
- 1700 – Recap Day
- 2130 – Read
- 2155 – Check Plan for Tomorrow
- 2200 – Bed
- No Caffeine 4 Hours Before
- No Electronics Before
- Dark, Cool, and Comfortable Sleeping Arrangements
